The course, step by step

1. Theory. Online or at the centre, at your own pace: dive physics, gear, planning and safety.
2. Calm water. In a sheltered, shallow spot you repeat each skill until it comes naturally.
3. Open sea. Four dives at the cape to show what you have learnt, with the real scenery around you.

Example schedule: two evenings of theory and two days at sea. It can be fitted around weekends.
